How to find support information

There are lots of support options in the app.

If you have a query on a session

1. Open the app and tap Menu located on the lower right hand side of the screen.

2. Tap History.

3. Tap on the session that you want to query.

4. Tap Report a problem.

5. You’ll be taken to the contact information for that site. You can either call or email your enquiry.

For other support queries

1. Open the app and tap Menu located on the lower right hand side of the screen.

2. Tap Help.

3. Tap Contact us.

4. You can either phone or email us.
