How to cancel a booking
You can cancel a parking booking directly through the Inugo app.
Step-By-Step Instructions
Tap the Bookings button from the menu in the app
Tap the Cancel button
Tap Confirm
You will receive a confirmation email once the booking has been cancelled, which will also specify any refund that has been generated.
