How to claim your plate

Only available at locations using plate recognition cameras.

In the app

Start your parking session

To begin a parking session, navigate to the parking lot page from the app home screen.

Tap the Park Here button
enter your plate in the search bar.
Select Pay Parking Session

Option 1

If your plate is found select confirm to start your session.

Option 2

If a near match to your plate is found, you can choose to confirm your parking entry time, or if the plate is not your plate, select not my parking to confirm the correct entry time.

Option 3

If your plate is not found, you select the time you entered the car park, then select confirm to start your session.

When your plate is read on exit, your session will automatically close.

In Scan to Pay

Start your parking session

To begin a parking session, scan the QR code or enter the location number at www.payforyourparking.com

Type your plate under vehicle details.

Option 1

If your plate is found, enter your exit time, then select confirm.

Option 2

If a near match to your plate is found, either select the plate and entry time in the list, or if the plate is not your plate, select not my parking to manually select your entry time. Then select confirm.

Option 3

If your plate is not found, you select the time you entered the car park, then select confirm.

Next, enter your email address, then select pay by credit card.

Enter your credit card details and select submit to complete the process.
