How to find your event passes
Why have I received an event pass?
Event passes are issued to you to grant you access to parking during the event. This exempts you from enforcement or needing to pay for parking at the event. You will receive an invitation with your event pass, this will include a QR code and text code version of the event pass.
Why do I need to register an account?
When you register in the app or website your event pass is assigned to your account, you then can add vehicles to your account. The first vehicle you enter with will claim the event pass' access and you will not need to pay for event parking.
This also allows you to easily access your event pass to present to any parking attendants.
Where do I find my event pass in the website?
Your event passes are available through the account page in the website. Please note these are different to bookings and are therefore displayed in a different area.
Open the account page by clicking on the person icon
Open the Event Passes page by selecting the option in the menu (note: if there is no event passes tab then you don't have an event pass available to your account)
Click the expand button to see the full event pass including the QR code that the attendant can scan.
Here your event passes will be displayed. You can use this page to check the event details, show your pass to an attendant, or transfer your pass to another person.

Open the Event Passes page by selecting the option in the menu (note: if there is no event passes tab then you don't have an event pass available to your account)
