How to resolve a failed payment for parking on the go

If your pay on the go payment fails, you will be asked to either retry the payment, or update your payment details.

A payment may fail if your card has expired, there were insufficient funds at the time of the transaction or he transaction was blocked for an alternate reason.

Until you resolve the payment, you will unable to access sites, make a booking/reservation or start a session.

Step-by-step Instructions

To retry the payment

  1. Open the app and tap on menu

  2. Tap History

  3. Tap the payment that is flagged in red as as failed

  4. Select retry

To update your payment details

  1. open the app and tab on menu

  2. tap on payment methods

  3. tap Add a new payment method

  4. Add the card number, expiry date and CVC number

  5. Tap save

  6. choose if you want this to be your default payment method.

  7. follow the steps to retry the payment.
